I haven't been to school for a long time. The effect is minimal. It just doesn't get under my skin and the theory melts over time. What makes a lot of sense to me is training. And I just indulged that one. Over the course of two days, under the baton of Adam Doleysh, we put in 27 hours of hard work on how to negotiate better in the store. Information from negotiators like Chris Voss, Joe Navarro and Radim Paris put into practice. It hurt at times, but as they say heavily on the training ground, lightly. I highly recommend all trainings at the Association of Negotiators!
