When you join the Association, you will undergo a personal assessment on the basis of which you will know where to develop further. We will evaluate how your team is doing within company assessment and plan their development.

Not long after I started following Radim's work and read his book, I wanted to visit one of his negotiation training sessions. However, due to the high price of the courses, I could not still decide. Then came the opportunity to take part in a one-day profiling training session, and I didn't hesitate for a minute. Today I have another “Diamond Workout” behind me and I'm wondering when I'll be able to get to the next one.
Radim and his team will not let you breathe, the simulations are precisely prepared and thought out. They make you think, put you under stress, change the rules of the game in the process, and thus new knowledge and skills get under your skin.
