Association leadership
The first idea of a negotiator association was born 6 years ago, when we were just a group of friends.
You can easily find such people in the US, UK or Hong Kong. Negotiators there have for years had a comprehensive system of negotiation training. The problem was that people in the Czech Republic and Slovakia didn't know much about the negotiations at the time. It took another two years to figure out what we really wanted to bring to the Society Association. However, we slowly built up a network of contacts of enthusiasts and experts, not only from the Czech Republic, but also from abroad. It wasn't until we told ourselves in 2022 that we were too big to hang out in a disorganized and random way. On 22.12.2022 we establish a branch of the Association of Negotiators in the Czech Republic. Today, with our members, we are bringing Czech and Slovak negotiations to the world level. And there are more than 3,200 of us, saving relationships, businesses, companies, destinies and lives around the world through professional negotiation.
Negotiation coach and professional negotiator at Fascinating Academy accompanies managers from the Czech Republic and abroad in difficult negotiations. During his short career, he negotiated contracts worth more than half a billion crowns. He completed his training at Harvard and learned from professionals from all over the world.
The president of the association Radim Parik has more than 2,000 agreed contracts worth tens of billions of crowns on his account. As the only negotiator in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, he is a member of the most prestigious negotiator organization in the world Negotiation Club. He completed FBI negotiation training at Harvard University in the United States, among other things. Today he trains professionals from all over the world.
