Negotiators Conference “Key to Communication” Introduces Last Speaker and Two Exceptional Guests

Prague, October 6 — The first Czech Conference of Negotiators will welcome at Prague Castle on Thursday, October 12, not only the leaders of communication, diplomacy and negotiation from all over the world, but also three previously uncommunicated participants, united by the Summer Business Camp of the ZET Foundation. Its Chief People & Legal Officer Michal Daniel will speak for the largest European e-shop with perfumes and cosmetics NOTINO, and Diana and Lukáš, two so-called Žluťács from the Summer Business Camp, teenagers from orphanages who are at the beginning of their productive stages of life, won hard for their participation in this prestigious conference. They are accompanied by the founder of the camp and well-known businesswoman Olga Girstlová.

Michal Daniel is a young executive from the Brno company NOTINO, now a growing giant of the world of cosmetics and perfumes with a billion annual turnover and offices all over Europe. He was instrumental in the company's expansion, first as head of the Legal department, and later as head of the Human Resources department. His communications and management skills helped manage the company its rapid growth, today responsible for more than 2000 tribal and nearly 1,000 agency employees. At the conference, Michal will present his personal “Key Success Factors”.

The other confirmed guests are the two winners of the special competition of the Summer Business Camp (LPK), announced this year by its proud ambassador Radim Parík, president of the Association of Negotiators and co-organizer of the “Key of Communication” conference. Radim himself grew up in the surroundings of Cejl Street in Brno and had to work hard for all his life achievements. He therefore knows the world of disadvantaged children and has decided to reward their efforts by participating in this unique conference.

The two winners received the most expensive VIP tickets with a total value of over 120 thousand crowns, which includes admission to all lectures, two personal trainings with the stars of the conference, former FBI negotiator Joe Navarro and Dutch specialist in negotiations with complex personalities Anne-Maartje Oud, luxury gastronomy and a VIP evening with all the presenters.

It is the charity event Summer Entrepreneurial Camp that brings together all the aforementioned personalities. Radim Parík is an enthusiastic promoter of the camp and its regular participant in the position of trainer of children in negotiations. Michal Daniel participated in the last year with the theme “Digital World and Artificial Intelligence”. The camp is organized by the ZET Foundation and the 4SYOU Association and is supported by the Tomáš Bata Foundation. They aim to support children and young people from orphanages, asylums and socially disadvantaged families. To teach them the basics of entrepreneurship and support in them the will, ambition and patience in creating their life plans.
