Joe Navarro, Jana Vohralíková, Anne-Maartje Oud and Radim Pařík present the essences of the art of communicating
Prague, August 24 - Communication skills affect people's daily lives, yet they are significantly underestimated, both in the private and business world. The leaders of communication, diplomacy and negotiation will discuss how to improve people's lives through managed communication and interaction at Prague Castle on Thursday, October 12. The conference, titled “The Key to Communication,” is subtitled “The Secret of Hope that Unlocks Better Results, Emotions, and Business.” The organizers of the non-traditional C-level meeting are the Association of Negotiators, Expert Board 21 and Bubnovi Agency.
For the first time, Joe Navarro, the world leader in nonverbal communication and body language, will visit the Czech Republic personally. He is one of the founding members of the FBI's elite Behavioral Analysis Program and served as a SWAT team commander. Joe Navarro served in the FBI for 25 years. It focused on detecting spies and dangerous offenders. After his retirement, he became the author of several world bestsellers. At the end of the conference, Joe Navarro will follow up with a personal training session on the presented topic “Secrets of Body Language”.
Presenting at the conference will also be the current top civil servant of the Czech Republic, Chancellor of the President Petr Pavel, Mrs. Jana Vohralíková, who previously served in the Ministries of Informatics and Culture, was Deputy Chairman of the Legislative Council of the Government, Director of the Professional Departments of Prime Minister Jan Fischer and until 2020 worked as Quaestor of the Czech University of Agriculture in Prague. In September 2019, she was appointed Chancellor of the Senate by its President Jaroslav Kubera. Head of the Office of the President Jana Vohralíková will present “Secrets of negotiations on the highest floors and hope for a better future”.
Another internationally recognized guest of the conference is expert on communication with complex personalities Anne-Maartje Oud. She has worked as a trainer and counselor in the field of human behavior for more than 20 years. They create individual development programs for top managers of the world's most successful companies such as Google, Mercedes Benz, BDO and Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy. AnnemaArtje Oud specializes in improving the work environment and improving communication skills. She is frequently cited by prestigious world media and professional journals. Participants of the conference will be able to undergo her training “Communication with complex and dangerous personalities”.
Co-hosting the Association of Negotiators will be represented at the conference by its president, Radim Parík. Radim is currently the best known and most quoted professional negotiator in the Czech Republic by the media. He is the author of the popular science bestseller “The Art of Negotiating Anything” and, as the only European, became co-author of the emerging book “Empathic Leadership of People” by Chris Voss, author of one of the world's best-selling books on negotiation, “Never Compromise.” Radim served as vice-chairman of the board of directors of the world's second-largest retail chain, the Schwarz Group. After several years of residence in Germany and Poland, he decided to devote himself to the development of the Czech business environment in negotiation, rhetoric and leadership of people. At the conference, he will present the topic “Secrets of Ego Management in Discussions” and lead training to multi-party negotiations.
